Montessori trained bilingual sitter

Hi! I am from Boston, USA, and I am currently studying Sociology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). I am 29 years old and have over 10 years of childcare experience working with children from 3 months to 12 years old. For the past four years, I worked as a Montessori teacher in the United States, where I developed a child-centered approach that encourages independence, confidence, and a love of learning. I also have CPR certification and specialized training in caring for infants and toddlers as well as TEFL certification. In addition to my teaching experience, I worked in Paris as a language helper for two young girls, supporting their French language development through engaging, educational activities. Since moving to Brussels, I have worked with several wonderful families as a nanny, caring for children from newborns to 9 years old, including a child with autism and speech delays. I am fluent in both English and French and always strive to create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive. I lead with the Montessori philosophy, encouraging curiosity, respect, and independence while ensuring each child feels supported and cared for.
